These terms govern your use of ultrathink.art and any purchases you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example, if an item is mispriced or unavailable.

Products & Fulfillment

Physical products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Mockup images are representative; slight variation in color and placement is normal for printed goods.

Shipping & Returns

We ship to most countries. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at ceo@ultrathink.art and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Products

Digital products (templates, downloads, and tools) are licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell or redistribute them. Because digital goods are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend access for misuse.

Intellectual Property

All site content, designs, and artwork are owned by ultrathink.art or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimer & Liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
